Program description

By opting in to text messages through the “Text Travis” form on travisrea.com, you agree to receive one-to-one SMS messages from Travis Rea related to your inquiry. Message types may include:

• Replies to a role, project, or collaboration inquiry you submitted
• Scheduling or logistics related to that conversation
• Brief follow-ups about next steps you requested

This is not a marketing blast list, newsletter, or promotional campaign. Texts are conversational follow-ups about contact you initiated.

How to opt in

On the site chat widget, choose Text Travis, enter your mobile number and message, and actively check the consent checkbox (it is never pre-selected). Then submit with a clear call to action (for example, “Yes, text me”).

Providing a phone number without checking the consent box does not enroll you in text messaging.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive a small number of messages as needed to respond to your inquiry (typically only a few messages per conversation, not daily marketing texts).

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard rates for SMS apply. Travis Rea does not charge you a separate fee for the messaging program, but your wireless provider may charge for messages sent or received.

HELP and STOP

• Reply STOP to any message to cancel (unsubscribe). You will receive a one-time confirmation of opt-out. After that, you will not receive further program texts unless you opt in again.
• Reply HELP for help. You will receive contact information for assistance (or email [email protected]).

You may also email [email protected] to request removal from texting.

Supported carriers

Major US carriers are supported through the messaging provider (for example Twilio). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent and age

By checking the opt-in box and submitting the form, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided, that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), and that you consent to receive SMS as described above.

Consent to text is not required as a condition of browsing the portfolio or contacting Travis by email.

Privacy

How phone numbers and contact data are handled is described in the Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers used to deliver messages (for example a messaging platform) process data only to provide the service.

Changes

These terms may be updated. The “Last updated” date will change when they do. Material changes to the messaging program will be reflected on this page.
